I’m a Costa Rican luxury real estate advisor with Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica, specializing in developments and the gated communities of Guanacaste North Pacific "Gold Coast" . With 20+ years of experience I help international buyers from all over the world to relocate, invest, and put down roots in Costa Rica— with the kind of local knowledge that only comes from truly belonging to this place.
My background spans in high-end residential development, property management and marketing. Industries that shaped how I think about five-star hospitality service for exceptional real estate experience. I joined Blue Water Properties in 2022 and spent two and a half years as the firm´s dedicated showing agent before stepping into my current role as a full-service REALTOR®. Today my work covers luxury homes, gated communities, investment analysis, relocation advisory, and turnkey after-sale support.
